I Just want to say how much I appreciate your efforts this past year in helping us better serve our clients.  It’s always nice to that there are those like yourself, John, who really as much as you do about the work they perform.  This is obvious in the results we’ve obtained together.  It’s also nice to know that I can count and depend on you, your people, and your expertise when needed.  This means a lot to me.  You’ve made my job easier and more enjoyable through your efforts, and I thank you for that, too!  It has been a real pleasure working with you and I’m counting on our continued relationship in the future years.

Having recently built a house in Glenview, I feel obligated to share my thoughts with you regarding your work in relation to the other tradesmen with whom I have dealt.  It is truly rare to see a product which you have planned meet all your expectations.  I am delighted to say that our patio is everything my wife and I had hoped it would be.  In addition, your workers were extremely considerate in  keeping the area around the construction as clean as possible.  And finally, the workmanship truly reflects the pride in ownership you obviously have in your firm.
